Strolling through Boca Raton with my dog, I kept passing by this mysterious spot—Kixi Café. One day, curiosity won, and I stepped inside. The sight of a cotton candy machine making specialty champagne cocktails with fresh cotton candy had me hooked instantly. 

I originally went for coffee and breakfast and was thrilled to find soufflé pancakes on the menu. Yes, soufflé pancakes! The server warned it would take about 40 minutes, but who cares when you’re sipping on a tiramisu latte? Pure bliss! 

I also tried the cookie butter latte, and honestly, I can’t decide which one I loved more. Both were insanely delicious. Kixi Café is a hidden gem known only to locals. Don’t let the strip mall exterior fool you—this place is to die for.
